Finance expertise, built into tools your team can use.
EduCents helps charter school finance teams turn board reports, month-end close, and program-cost analysis into clear systems they own. The tools do the grind; the judgment stays human.

Who builds this
Why I built EduCents
I'm Dominican, born and raised in the Bronx. College could have buried me in debt. A full academic scholarship to the University of Dayton meant it didn't, and that one break changed everything for me.
I've wanted to pay it back ever since. Charter schools serve a lot of kids like me, and when a school's finances are strong, more of its money reaches them.
I studied finance and started inside a three-school charter network, running payroll, budgeting, month-end close, board reports, grants, and audits. I know what a 15-hour close feels like, because I did them. Then I spent time in investment banking accounting, supporting entities across six countries, where I got good at one thing in particular: taking work that ate a week and getting it down to hours.
One project back in charter finance made it click. A program was losing money and no one could see why. I built the analysis from scratch and helped turn it around in a year. Most schools can't justify a full-time analyst to chase problems like that. So I started EduCents to be that analyst, now that AI makes the tools affordable for a single school.
The work is simple to say. I help charter school finance and operations teams turn messy, manual processes into clearer systems and better decisions. The AI does the grind. I check every number before it reaches your board. Your data stays yours.
Same goal I started with: help these schools run stronger, so more of what they have reaches the students counting on it.
Most schools already have the tools to fix their hardest finance problems. What they have not had is someone who understands both the finance and the technology, and can put the two together. That is the bridge EduCents is built on.
Built by AI, owned by a human.
A charter finance expert checks every number before it reaches your board. The AI does the grind. A person owns the result.
Your numbers stay yours.
We work within FERPA and New York Education Law 2-d, with clear boundaries on what AI touches and what stays human. Sensitive student and financial data is handled with the controls a charter school board expects.
