Turning credit card allocation into a workflow
Every month, someone hand-allocated a stack of credit card charges across programs and funds. Repetitive, slow, and easy to get wrong, the kind of task that quietly owns a person's week.
We rebuilt it as a workflow: charges pulled in, coded against the rules, and allocated automatically, with a person reviewing before anything posts. The short video below shows it running on anonymized data.
It is a clean example of what automation should mean: the machine does the repetitive part, a finance expert still signs off, and month-end gets a lot lighter.
